The Hans Böckler Foundation deals with Co-determination, research linked to the world of work and the support of students on behalf of the DGB, the Confederation of German Trade Unions. In the research unit "Work of the Future" we bundle research from the HBS on the work of the future and initiate the dialogue with science, think tanks, trade unions and politics. We deal with digital and socio-ecological transformation processes and their impact on the world of work. New business models, new forms of work organization, qualification of employees because activities and occupations are changing, as well as AI, reconcilability of family and working life and working time issues are our topics. The focus is on how we can shape the transformation processes in a fair and humane way.
In two lightning talks, we will take a look at the discourse that is conducted about gender and AI in the world of work and at the future of housing and building when work is increasingly mobile and climate-friendly. At the booth we would like to get into conversation with YOU: What are your ideas for sustainable work, co-determination and digital and ecological transformation? Sonja Köhne and Miriam Klöpper will also give you an insight into the use of "people analytics" in the workplace.
