As a social anthropological designer I reflect on the impact of Big Tech and their values, mores and ethics on society. In my work I look for ways to help individuals and/or social institutions to preserve autonomous agency or restore it.

For instance, in 2000 I designed the 'No Escape Room' and 'The Great /e/Scape'.
In 2021 I joined CODE NL-D, a great initiative of IMPAKT.nl and School of Machines in Berlin on reclaiming digital agency.
Together with a team of crossover designers we developed the In/Visible-project. I look forward to meet you as we perform the In/Visible during re:publica!
