Programme
The professional world is in a state of transition: even before the Corona pandemic, we were increasingly experiencing a transformation through digitalisation, demographic change, migration and automation. These changes are leading to various challenges: How do we want to work together in the future? How can we meet each other meaningfully and at eye level? And where do the expectations of employers and employees differ? At Get a Job! we will discuss the burning issues of the world of work and question existing application processes as well as professional perspectives in the digital industry. The experts for job matching host the stage and will be there for you: they will connect and advise on questions about skills, networking, the future of work, new work, reorientation, the search for skilled workers, etc. They have their own innovative method with them, with which they completely turn classics such as job interviews and CVs on their heads: Peace for Talents!
In addition, we have developed creative games to redesign the way you and potential employers get to know each other. You can do without small talk: In our area you can try out different communicative games, such as "Code Names" or "Concept". This way you can meet the recruiters in a relaxed and humorous context. For the cosy living room atmosphere, Mindspace equips us with comfortable furniture from their coworking spaces.
