Vorher hat Pascal ein Queeres Festival in den NL entwickelt und umgesetzt, ein Festival zu Bildungsgerechtigkeit. Teil des Queer Feministischen Kollektiv Nipple Liberation Army. Er arbeitete mit der UN Bagdad, Uhlala Group, Drogennotdienst, Teach First Deutschland, Final Mile India, Sonar e.V, Stadt nach 8 Konferenz, usw.
