Benedicte Ennis

Benedicte is a Co-Founder at Benoo, a Berlin based start-up committed to reconnected urban communities with their local food through innovative recipes. Benedicte lived and worked in France, Ireland, the US and UK before landing in Berlin 4 years ago with her family. While discovering Berlin, she found it difficult to source regional and seasonal ingredients, especially in the winter time where choice was limited. In october 2020, Benoo launched a mealkit with recipes created by local chef and ingredients sourced 100% locally. Through this experience, she developed a special interest in sustainable food systems and the importance of regenerative agriculture.
