Christian's vision is to unlock the full potential of the circular economy. Since getting his legs stuck in a carpet of plastic waste off the coast of Colombia in 2018, he has dedicated his time and resources to making plastic waste history: In 2018, he founded cirplus with his co-founder Volkan Bilici - a global end-to-end marketplace for cost-effective, transparent and reliable sourcing of circular plastics. Before that, he spent four years as co-head of the German branch of the world's largest digital ride-sharing platform BlaBlaCar, which now has more than 65 million users worldwide.
